Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inforax Hub ("Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and purchasers.

2. Account Registration

To access paid courses or community features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Courses and Digital Products

All course purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access course content.
You may not share, redistribute, resell, or reproduce course materials without written permission.
Course content is for personal educational use only.
We reserve the right to update or modify course content at any time.
Access to purchased courses does not expire, but we reserve the right to discontinue a course with reasonable notice.

4. AIBC Community

AIBC membership is currently free. We may introduce paid tiers in future and will provide advance notice.
Members must treat all other members with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will result in immediate removal.
Prompt Tournament prizes are awarded at our discretion based on judging criteria announced for each competition.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any community member who violates our community standards.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by Paystack in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount through Paystack. All transactions are subject to Paystack's own terms of service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including course videos, written material, logos, brand assets, and design — is owned by Inforax Hub and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our intellectual property without written permission. User-generated content (posts, comments, projects) remains yours, but by posting it you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
Share your account credentials with others.
Scrape, data-mine, or automate access to the Platform without permission.
Post spam, malware, or harmful content in community spaces.
Impersonate Inforax Hub staff or other members.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Course content reflects our best knowledge at the time of publication; the AI field changes rapidly and some information may become outdated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inforax Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Imo State, Nigeria.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
