Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Inforax Hub, we stand behind the quality of our courses and services. We want you to feel confident investing in your AI education. This policy explains when refunds apply and how to request them.

Course Purchases — 7-Day Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases, no questions asked, with the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content.
  • Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be honored.
  • Course bundles follow the same 7-day policy applied to the bundle as a whole.

Prompt Tournament Entry Fees

Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament has begun. If a tournament is cancelled by Inforax Hub before it starts, all entry fees will be fully refunded within 5 business days.

Studio / Custom AI Projects

For custom AI development services through Inforax Hub Studio:
  • Discovery deposits are non-refundable as they cover scoping and consultation time.
  • Project milestone payments may be partially refunded if work has not yet commenced on that milestone, at our discretion.
  • Disputes over delivered work should be raised within 5 business days of delivery. We will work with you to revise or resolve any issues.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@inforaxhub.com with:
  • Your full name and registered email address.
  • The course name or order reference number.
  • The reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated).

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method via Paystack.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:
  • Courses purchased more than 7 days ago.
  • Courses with more than 30% completion.
  • Tournament entry fees after a tournament has started.
  • Discovery / consultation deposits for Studio projects.
  • Any free resources or AIBC community membership.

Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Processing time depends on your bank. Paystack will send a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
